HANDSTAND WORKSHOP
I attended this workshop about 2 weeks ago @ my yoga studio, The Yoga Joint. These were reference videos to see where our form needed improvement. I need to work on keeping my body in a planche position because I bend forward at the hips too much. There was also a helpful variation taught to keep your hands turned out with fingers spread at a 45 degree angle, because it allows more wrist flexibility, which really improved my balance. I was also shocked that I was able to transition from a chest sit to handstand, but sadly this wasn’t caught on video. :\
